NITL has suspended The Notice and replaced it with more frequent Updates per modal Committee members. If you have not joined a modal Committee, please let Nancy O’Liddy know what Committee you would like to participate in and receive the very informative Updates from NITL’s Policy Advisory, Ann Warner of Ann Warner LLC. NITL has three modal Committees, Rail, Ocean, and Highway, you can be part of all three.
