Arlington, VA – The National Industrial Transportation League is pleased to announce that it has organized a special new seminar for transportation and trade professionals titled, “The Impact of Free Trade on Logistics.” The one-day program, to be held June 21, 2004 at the nation’s capital, will provide a comprehensive examination and understanding of the latest rules, regulations and requirements applicable to U.S. international trade. The program will begin with an evening reception on Sunday, June 20, 2004. The seminar will be held at the Loews L’Enfant Plaza Hotel, 480 L’Enfant Plaza in Washington, D.C.

Produced in cooperation with The Cameron Group and American Shipper magazine “The Impact of Free Trade on Logistics” is designed for all transportation and trade professionals who need to stay on top of the latest developments regarding both domestic and overseas tariffs and duties and how they apply in the international movement of freight. Attendees will learn first hand from experts on how this knowledge may produce significant cost savings for logistics budgets.

The League is one of the nation’s oldest and largest national association representing companies engaged in the transportation of goods in domestic and international commerce.
