Want to enhance your Summit experience and make connections with fellow attendees in relaxed, informal settings? Sign up for the NITL Annual Golf Classic or the “backstage tour” of AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys and the Cotton Bowl!
NITL Annual Golf Classic
NITL’s Annual Golf Classic will take place Monday, January 29, at the TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas in Dallas. All Summit attendees are invited to sign up for the tournament when submitting your registration.
The TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas takes golfing to a whole new level. Redesigned in 2008 to include such features as a 170-yard-long rushing water hazard on the 18th hole, the TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas is an award-winning golf resort designed to be challenging for professional golfers as well as inviting to recreational players.
This world-renowned course, with its stunning contrasts of white sand bunkers, green grass, and blue water, is an ideal venue for making new connections and strengthening relationships with other leading shippers and carriers who are attending the Transportation Summit!
Tour of AT&T Stadium
What does it take to stage a professional football game at a sold-out, state-of-the-art stadium that seats 80,000 (and can hold as many as 105,000)? Find out by joining your fellow shippers and carriers on a special tour on Monday, January 29.
The guided tour, open only to NITL members, will include a special presentation from a member of the stadium logistics staff. Tour participants will visit the playing field and locker rooms and other areas of the stadium and enjoy lunch in the Stadium Club.
Lunch and transportation are included in the tour cost. Information about registering for the tour is on the registration form.
After a full day of attending educational sessions, participating in business meetings, and visiting with vendors in the exhibit hall, unwind and indulge at the NITL Networking Dinner on Tuesday, January 30. All Summit attendees are welcome at the dinner, which is included in the Summit registration fee. According to 2017 attendees, the networking dinner was one of the most enjoyable and beneficial features of the Summit as it allowed attendees to have in-depth conversations and make lasting connections. Furthermore, it is an opportunity to have all your clients in one place at one time—a rare event! Last year, more than 90% of Summit attendees participated.
The dinner’s air of “casual elegance” will provide a relaxing yet stimulating environment—perfect for continuing conversations begun in hallways or over lunch, making new connections, or entertaining business clients. This year’s dinner will be followed by a keynote presentation and book signing by Tommy Spaulding, a world-renowned speaker on leadership.
