Learning, networking, and relaxing are easiest when you’re comfortable, so casual business attire is encouraged for the educational sessions and special events. It is best to wear layered clothing, as temperatures can sometimes fluctuate noticeably from room to room.

High temperatures in Dallas in late January/early February average 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit; low temperatures average around 35-40 degrees. Average precipitation in January is about 2 inches.

Dietary Restrictions

The registration form contains a section where you can indicate dietary restrictions. If you have a dietary restriction outside of the listed categories (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free), require a kosher meal, or have a specific allergy, please contact Lisa DiBenedetto at or (703) 524-5011. NITL will make reasonable efforts to provide dining options for all attendees, but cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions can be accommodated or that dietary-restricted meals will be made available.

Photography Policy

By attending the 2018 NIT League Transportation Summit, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the National Industrial Transportation League permission to use photographs and/or video footage of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.

Registration Cancellation

Requests to cancel registrations must be made in writing to Adri Mundy at or at this address:

Cancellation requests must be received by January 9, 2018, to be honored. Registration cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for requests received after January 9. Registrants who are no-shows will not receive refunds. Refund payments may take up to six weeks from the date of your refund request.
